起動時のエラー「データ実行防止」

スパイウェア・ウイルス駆除後、起動時にエラーが出るようになりました。
「データ実行防止ーMicrosoft Windows

コンピュ－タ保護のためこのプログラムはwindowsにより終了されました。
名前　Generic Host Process for Win32 Services
発行元　Microsoft Corporation」

これはMicrosoftから修正プログラムが出ていました。
Windows XP 用の更新プログラム (KB894391)

これを適用して出なくなりましたが、ウイルスやスパイウェア駆除後に出られると、まだ何か残っているかとビビってしまいます。
