パソコンがセーフモードでしか起動しなくなったそうで修理しました。
PC：DELL Vostro 3750
OS：Windows7 Professional SP1 32bit
CPU：Intel(R) Core(TM) i3-2310M CPU @2.10GHz 2.10GHz
HDD：
Memory：6GB
まず、一応起動しますが、すぐにフリーズします。
セーフモードで起動して、DELLのDiagnostics で診断しましたがエラーは検出されません。
システムの復元で1ヶ月前に戻したところ起動したので、DELLのバンドルのセキュリティソフトなどをアンインストール。WindowsUpdateと、DELLのUpdateも実行。
セキュリティは「Microsoft Security Essencials」をインストール。
再起動すると画面が真っ暗なままです。
カーソルも出ません。ハードディスクのアクセスランプは反応しています。
強制終了して、スタートアップ修復になりましたが、修復できず、システムの復元になりましたが、これもエラーが出て復元できず。
でも、再起動すると今度は起動できます。
Windowsのディスクチェックをかけてみました。
すると、再起動後ログイン前にスケジュールのオプションになり、再起動。
再起動されると、また真っ暗です。
何かおかしい。待ってる間にネットでググってみると、Windows7のチェックディスクでいろいろ障害が話題にはなっているが、これと言って解決策が提示されていない。
回答には、リカバリだのメーカーに電話だの、ハードディスク故障だのといろいろあるけど、メーカーの保証期間は終わっているので、多分修理は4〜5万と言われる。
つまり買い換えろってお話しになる。
アクセスランプは反応していて、なんだか正常なように感じる。
思い切って放置してみました。
すると、起動しました。
つまり、ディスクチェックをしていたようです。画面に表示されないものの、ログが残っています。
ということは、ディスクチェックが見れない以外は問題無いのか？
イベントビューワに「0x80041003 」のエラーが出ているが、これは無視して良いらしい。
念の為、ウイルスチェックを完全でかける。
