[win7]システムの復元の復元ポイントの作成はできないのか？

[システムの復元]画面からは復元ポイントの作成メニューが無くなってしまいました。
復元ポイントは自動的に作られるのですが、自分で作成するには、[システムのプロパティ]の[システムの保護]タブを開き、復元ポイントを作成したいドライブを選択して、「作成」をクリック。
任意の名前をつけて作成します。
